Brought to you by Reiki Master and RYT, Jen Rizza, this class offers space to explore your Chakra energy centers, the areas in the body that hold groundedness, emotions, creativity, self-identity, love, expression and communication, inner wisdom and divine connection.  The Chakras originate in yogic tradition, as a pathway to understanding interconnectedness of the mind-body-spirit.  As we move through life, these energy centers can become stagnant, over-worked or over-active.  Through mindful breath, directive movements and space to 'feel and be' vs. 'think and do,' you'll connect with your innate energies, helping to clear and balance them for your optimal wellbeing.
