About the event
Living mindfully keeps you more present in your daily life. In this 30 minute class, we’ll explore a variety of breathwork exercises, guided meditations, invitations to connect to the moment and dedicated time to pause in your day, aiding you to increase focus, gain clarity and experience more joy.
No prior experience with meditation or mindfulness is required. Instruction for supportive breathing techniques will be provided.
Join two ways: Craving connection? Class meets in person on Mondays from 12:15-12:45pm.
Prefer to practice at home? Join via the Zoom link or watch the video at a later time.
Registration is FREE for in-studio attendance - space is limited to 10 participants per session – please register in Events to ensure you have a spot!
The class will be seated on provided meditation cushions with additional props, blankets and pillows available for participant comfort. You may want similar props available for your practice at home!
